Berger & Company, CPAs is Hiring a Remote Remote Customer Service Representative
- Remote worker capable. Work at home.
- Answer and respond to calls and emails daily while consistently providing quality service, accurate information, solutions, and follow-through in a high-volume call environment
- Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions.
- Document all transactions completely in multiple programs & manage financial transactions over the phone.
- Perform data entry associated with the position.
- Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
- Reassure customers, and quickly process any customer complaints
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Schedule appointments in compliance with schedules
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Troubleshooting skills that uses all resources trained to resolve customer issues.
- Proven ability in connecting to meeting software Zoom or WebEx
- Utilize Outlook, Excel (view documents), and web based knowledge tools.
- Must have the ability to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a call center environment
- Passion for excellent customer service and desire to do important work in an environment of change
- Strong communicator, excellent active listening and interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills are critical in this role
- Excellent time management skills; highly organized and efficient
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Minimum GED or High School Diploma Required
- College Preferred.
- $22 - $50 an hour
