Job purpose

Do you have SQL skills and a great attitude? We want you! 

Our SQL Developer are responsible for the creation and adaptation of the beqom application, including:

• Configuration of a system using the UX;
• Configuration of a system using the SQL, running services via APIs;
• Building and configuration of reports and analytics, 
• Building and configuration of dashboards / Business Intelligence “stories”, including designing and building a dashboard from scratch. 

You need to be technically strong, with a high attention to detail, and project management skills. Strong written English is crucial, along with the ability to work with the team.

The objective of the role is to help beqom win new clients. You will be working in the PreSales team, and given full training to ensure you’re successful.

Duties and responsibilities

As a SQL Developer your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Work with T-SQL to write views, functions, and procedures to support our application;
• Generate reports / dashboards to meet the requirements of potential clients;
• Working closely with compliance and security to understand how we keep our clients’ data safe and secure;
• The overall objective is to work closely with the presales business consultants on client requirements, demos proof-of-concepts and pitches to win business!

Must have

• Strong technical understanding
• Fluent in English
• Personal drive, take initiative, being a team player and flexible 
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility
• SQL

Nice to have:

• At least one dashboarding tool experience 
• Knowledge / Experience on MS Data Tools
• Experience in Compensation Management or Sales Performance Management
• Experience of working in an international company
