- Supervise and support summer camp counselors in delivering high-quality programming and activities for children.

- Assist in organization and coordination of daily camp schedules and childcare activities.

- Monitor and evaluate camper and staff interactions, providing feedback and guidance as needed to maintain a positive and inclusive

environment.

- Oversee the safety and well-being of all participants, implementing emergency procedures and protocols as necessary.

- Collaborate with Director of Kids and other staff members to address any challenges or issues that arise, ensuring effective communication

and problem-solving.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as staff scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management, to support the smooth operation of

the camp and childcare area.
