Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Healthcare Concierge (Cantonese/Mandarin). The Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services in a healthcare setting, managing resident/family relations, communicating with patients and visitors and all departments, performing patient advocate duties, complete surveys and delivering exceptional customer service for our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in people facing, service oriented role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in problem solving
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, some college required
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking required
• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
