Position Summary:
Graham Windham is looking for an organized, outgoing Receptionist/Office Manager at our Montague Street location in Brooklyn. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include but are not limited to greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and site calendaring. You may also assist with invoicing, and ordering office supplies. Since you will be the first person families/guest see as they walk through our door, we are looking for a welcoming individual who can provide great customer service while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
