Job Description:

Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated SharePoint Developer (Computer Systems Analyst) located in Arlington, VA. The SharePoint Developer will provide expert consultation to the US Marshals Service.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project requirements and recommend best practices using current SharePoint tools
• Meet project deadlines and requirements while working in an independent and remote role
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions in SharePoint and SharePoint online, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Power Apps
• Provides assistance to internal and external representatives on development, implementation, and/or sustainment of program operations
• Provide SharePoint support to the division for team sites, routing processes, division intranet page, and other systems
• Serves as a backup for forms development and maintenance in Power Apps
• Analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations on technical and complex issues.
• Utilize information technology systems to perform data analysis, strategic planning, and budget projections.
• Develops procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative control systems.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint infrastructure services to support information sharing throughout the customer environment.
  • Assist in migration of applications from on-prem SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online
  • Transition applications using InfoPath to Power Apps
  • Transition workflows from SharePoint designer to Power Automate
• SharePoint Designer Office 365 SharePoint
• Develop .NET API's and SharePoint Solutions

Skills and Abilities:

• Analyzing and improving application and Web service performance.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint problems and issues.
• Work with SQL Database
• Creating complex workflows
• Agile development processes and implementation, support requirements creation/management and Configuration/Change management.
• Power BI/Power Query
• Microsoft Access

Security Requirements:

Clearance Level Required: Public Trust or the ability to obtain

• Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. 
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. 
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
