Position: Junior Account Manager
Location: Wynantskill, NY 12198
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and quotations for presentation by Senior Account Managers.
- Represent the company at benefit fairs and other events.
- Correspond regularly with decision makers of our clients.
- Assist in managing client accounts and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in customer service inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- NYS health and life license preferred, but not required. We will provide training and support to obtain licensure.
