Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assist Account Representatives with client service tasks
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients as assigned and requested
• Prepare documents and other correspondence as requested
• Assist with renewal packets
• Preparation support for client meetings and calls
• Assist with data entry (benefits enrollment)
• Maintain activities system to follow up on outstanding tasks, correspondence, reports, and follow up on overdue and suspense items (tracked in CRM)
• Develop an excellent knowledge of all partner carrier and vendor websites and their functions
• Perform projects at management’s request.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients and team members

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology and systems

• Ability to work directly with clients and their employees
• Process-driven and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work at a fast pace and with multiple tasks
• Strong security philosophy in regards to client and corporate data
