Benefit Communication Insourcing is Hiring a Financial Wellness Coordinator Near Kansas, KS
- Client Services: Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to the assigned client(s) by cultivating effective business relationships and maintaining rapport with all case partners and client’s employees; serves as a liaison between the client’s Financial Wellness and Retirement team, employees, BCInsourcing, and benefit carriers.
- Financial Wellness and Retirement Acumen: Develops a detailed understanding and in-depth working knowledge of all employer-sponsored financial wellness and retirement plans, including the 401(a), 457(b), 529, HSA, FSA, and other employer offerings such as Purchasing Power and Identity Theft coverage.
- Communication Services: Creates an approachable environment to engage and educate employees about their financial wellness and retirement offerings; participates in developing communication strategies to achieve the client’s goals in their changing environment while using professional verbal and interpersonal communication and active
- listening skills in order to effectively educate employees and interact with client partners.
- Benefit Services: Completes various retirement and financial wellness-related services; based on client needs, duties may include (but are not limited to) the auditing and reporting of plan data, support of 401(a) and 457(b) distributions, deferrals, and matches; billing administration; special projects related to retirement and financial wellness.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is required. Hours may fluctuate during open enrollment periods and special projects in order to meet the needs of the client, including preannounced extended work hours, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or related work experience equivalency
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of retirement plans
- Proven professional experience following a step-by-step process while using deductive reasoning to produce positive outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate polished articulate verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional experience demonstrating superior customer service skills while multi-tasking and working under pressure of deadlines
- Professional experience demonstrating self-motivation and result-driven outcomes with little supervision
- Strong knowledge of retirement and financial wellness plans
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience in a related field
