SUMMARYThe Financial Aid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the awarding of financial aid programs and services, primarily at the Technical Education Center. This Financial Aid Coordinator is also responsible for the coordinating the return to Title IV, gainful employment and financial value transparency compliance procedures. The Office of Financial Aid is a department within the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management (SAEM). Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the Financial Aid Coordinator for Scholarships and Campus Employment ensures the high-quality execution and administration of customer service, business processes, and project management for the international and immigrant student services with colleagues across the College to support Kansas City Kansas Community Colleges (KCKCC) mission and strategic priorities related to enrollment management, student success, and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all students.

WORK SCHEDULEAssigned 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 PM. Must be able to work a variable schedule/hour to meet operational needs. May require evening and weekend hours.
