Essential Functions:
- Experience with Paycor required
- Experience with Time on Demand preferred
- Audit department time sheets daily.
- E-mail Group Leaders/Managers with time issues.
- Process corrections in time clock database.
- Review attendance reports daily for potential pay related issues.
- Monitor Leave Requests to ensure they are being processed by Group Leaders/Managers in a timely manner.
- Enter payroll deductions for for various items such as garnishments, uniforms, etc.
- Enter employee direct deposit forms into payroll database.
- Transfer time clock data to payroll system biweekly for processing.
- Transmit payroll to Paycor.
- Maintain payroll files and box files for storage.
- High school diploma.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous Payroll experience.
- Data entry and good record keeping techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent organization and priortization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
