As such, is expected to coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set-up and food and beverage service so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization. What you will have an opportunity to do: Required Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages 2 years of experience in banquet food service Valid Food Handler’s Permit & MAST Card Knowledge of service standards in buffet service, plated functions, family style service, table service, along with bartending experience. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Preferred High School graduate, some college. Any supervisory experience. Ability to communicate in a second language. Any previous culinary training.
