Summary:
The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Perform rework of assemblies on automated Air Vac equipment. Initiate and perform profile analysis and operation of Circuit Card Assembly programs on automated rework equipment. Experienced performing removal and replacement of fine pitch components and Ball Grid Arrays (BGA).
Position Qualifications: 3 years of experience operating Air Vac or ERSA Rework equipment. 3 years J-STD-001 and/or IPC 7711/7721 experience.
Education: 2-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
Geographical Location: Arizona: Phoenix
Physical Location: Phoenix, AZ - Harbour Drive
Shift: Shift 1
Work Schedule: M-F 0800-1630
