Modigent is Hiring a Service Retrofit Technician I Near Phoenix, AZ
TITLE: Service Retrofit Technician I
The Service Retrofit Technician I position is qualified and able to conduct basic installs and repairs in the field but is not considered proficient enough to work unsupervised. Attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn is sought after more than skill level in this position.
- To assist, with supervision, the installation of:
- DX Split Systems (including brazing copper)
- Above ceiling unit replacements.
- Rooftop replacements
- Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.
- Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Has 1 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Work to increase personal growth and knowledge of HVAC applications.
- Self-starter, high energy level.
