The Tampa office is seeking a Senior Associate or junior Partner to join its Real Estate Practice Group. Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, including significant experience in retail and office leasing.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents related to real estate transactions and litigation cases.
- Utilize strong writing skills to prepare legal briefs, memos, and correspondence.
- Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of clients in real estate matters.
- Assist in litigation cases by preparing evidence, conducting research, and supporting attorneys.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters professionally and effectively.
- Apply knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures to provide accurate and timely advice and support.

Pay: $67,799.94 - $120,651.54 per year
