Our Dispositions Manager will be responsible for constant monitoring and pushing out of available properties. Manage and facilitate successful acquisitions activity with the sales team. Develop relationships and build on qualified buyers. Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis. Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue.
