Job description
Currently looking for a temporary experienced Laborer/ Grounds for an apartment community in Columbia, SC 29210. Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 1:00pm or 8:00 am - 12:00 pm immediate hire.
General duties include but not limited to:
Grounds keeping and Common area work inside out outdoors.
Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building. Pooper scooper detail and trash removal.
Must work and fulfill all 4 hours of the shift.
Clean up trash around dumpsters. There is a lot of trash and the property needs someone willing to be on the site through the entire shift and be prepared and focused on the cleaning up of the trash. Pooper scoop duties as well
Respond to cleaning issues within the building and garages.
Trash removal from in and around the dumpsters
Requirements
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be reliable and professional.
1-2 years custodial or porter groundskeeping and some handyman experience
Good Interpersonal skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
$15- $17 hourly
