The Role:
As the Lead Manager at Beach House, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring every guest feels the warmth of our hospitality. What will you do:

Team Management and Guest Experience:

• Lead recruitment, training, and development of our FOH team to exceed guest expectations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
• Implement ongoing training programs to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Inspire and motivate the team to consistently exceed standards.

Operational Efficiency and Controls:

• Manage financial responsibilities, ensuring adherence to service standards and budgetary constraints.
• Implement controls to manage costs and optimize financial performance.
• Address operational challenges to support management staff effectively.
• Uphold maintenance and cleanliness standards across all areas.

Legal Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee records and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and quality service.

Strategic Leadership and Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales and guest satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure a cohesive operational environment.
• Introduce innovative approaches to increase profitability and engagement.
• Support menu development and distribution of written materials.

VIP Services and Marketing Initiatives:

• Elevate VIP guest services from pre-event coordination to post-event follow-up, ensuring meticulous attention to ticketing, seating, and special requests.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with VIP clients, consistently surpassing their expectations and leaving a lasting impression.
• Lead the FOH team in delivering efficient and courteous service during events, expertly managing ticketing, seating, and crowd control to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Coordinate VIP program operations, ensuring the seamless closure of open tabs at the end of each event.
• Proactively address and resolve issues during events, maintaining a positive atmosphere and surpassing high levels of customer service.
