The Food Service Operator will support our mission by preparing, serving and selling food items. This position reports to the Food Stand Lead, Supervisor and Manager.

What will you do:

• Greeting all guest as they approach the window in a timely manner.
• Assisting or advising guest on their purchase.
• Answer all questions about menu items and prices of all items.
• Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders.
• Demonstrate high guest service. Respond to take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints.
• Stocking and inventory of merchandise items.
• Prepare and deliver beverage of choice.
• Check food to make sure that appearance, temperature and portions are correct and deliver food orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a daily bank, entering sales in cash register, taking money, counting out correct change (coins/bills), giving change (coins/bills) to guest, and completing credit card transactions.
• Maintaining and cleaning all retail area including stock room, floors, cash register/check out area and equipment.
• Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations, damages, and potential safety hazard.
• Attend departmental and team meetings as well as participate in all additional training courses.
• Employees may be asked to move to different location or job assignments within the property, as needed, other duties may be assigned.
