Location Description:Retro-Florida meets modern-chic at Bellwether Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach. Capturing the vintage spirit of its coastal locale, Bellwether’s iconic architecture and nostalgic interiors set the tone for the resort experience: thoughtful, fun, and unexpected. Bellwether will become a Sunshine City flagship for unforgettable moments and immersive experiences.
Overview:We're looking for an individual with a great "Yes I Can" attitude and a caring disposition to join the Bongos Beach Bar team as a full time host/hostess.
You'll be the personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One-year restaurant experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Help plan and coordinate timely seating of guests.
- Take reservations in person and over the phone, always using professional language.
- Answer telephones, responding to guests’ questions in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of resort services and amenities.
- Maintain a perfectly clean uniform.
- Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Clean and re-set tables as needed.
- Assist in other Food and Beverage departments as needed.
