As a Front Desk team member, you will help check patients in/out, updating insurance information, create/review treatment planning and learn about financial payments and agreements and act as a liaison between the practice and insurance companies. You will take part in reviewing Accounts Receivable and help maintain accounts in good standing. A front office worker must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
