BELLA LOGISTICS CORP is a delivery business serving the Nash and Johnston Counties out of our Knightdale, NC terminal. Our mission is to help our clients grow their business by revolutionizing the way their products get delivered.

We train our team members to drive box trucks and progress from Driver Level I, to Driver Level II, Sr. Driver, Assistant Manager, Terminal Manager, Senior Manager, Director and Vice President.

We have paid classroom and in-truck training. After learning to drive solo, we offer incentive compensation for achieving driver safety targets, customer pick up windows and service goals on top of base pay. All drivers receive weekly feedback and coaching to improve their performance and pay.

Our work environment includes:

• A Modern Delivery Van with the latest safety technology and Navigation Software
• The candidate will pick up packages in Knightdale, NC and deliver those packages in the Middlesex, Four Oaks, Selma, and Kenly areas.

DUTIES

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers

- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries

- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment

- Verify the accuracy of delivery contents and obtain necessary signatures or picture proof of delivery

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related role preferred

- Ability to operate different types of vehicles, vans, box trucks, etc.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as loading and unloading products

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
