Snapshot of our Sprinter Driver position:

• Collection of 4 gallon containers filled with food scraps, and simultaneous delivery of a clean, empty container
• Highly active pace and motion (100 stops made on an average route)
• Doorstep service of single and multi-family residential locations
• Walk-in service for office settings (replacing containers filled with food scraps in break rooms, etc.)
• Delivery of dry goods (compostable serviceware) to office and restaurant customers on occasion
• 6AM start time, for an 8-9 hour shift (go until route is finished)

Perhaps we do something a bit different (collecting discarded food scraps) when compared to other companies. But, the job itself is not unique. In fact, the job is very similar- picking stuff up and dropping stuff off - as any other delivery driver position you might find.

I've gotten to see some really amazing sunrises. I've got my routine going steady now. I drink my coffee and listen to my radio stations while I get ready for my route each morning, and I'm having a good time!"
