Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person, providing accurate information about products or services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

- Possess a valid drivers license. A company vehicle will be provided for transportation from our Showroom to the customers Home for consultation and measuring. The Sales Associates personal vehicle may be needed for sales calls on a very limited basis. Sales Associate will be compensated for personal vehicle use on a per mile basis.

- Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one hour unpaid lunch and two-paid fifteen minute breaks per day.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
