A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you arrive to the office each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer.

First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher. You receive incoming client calls via phone, online submissions, texts, or online marketing requests and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed.

You are like our conductor who directs us as we perform our individual parts resulting in a successful concert each day! Additionally, you perform basic office duties as needed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
