As a full-time Customer Service Representative - CSR, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients via phone, online submissions, texts, or online marketing requests and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
