Through purchasing a membership, interior design companies can leverage their buying power to receive amazing deals through wholesale suppliers through our network. This is an exceptional opportunity for our members and their businesses in the niche industry of interior design.

What You’ll Do:

As the Inside Sales Representative position you will be responsible for selling memberships to businesses across the country by educating them on the benefit of joining our buying network. If you’re sales driven, great on the phone, and passionate about helping businesses succeed - this is the position for you!

Position Details:

  • Full-time, 100% on-site position, in Libertyville, IL.

The Offer:

  • Base Salary: $50k - $55k plus commission
  • TRUE First-year earnings: $75k - $80k annually
  • Quarterly and yearly bonuses
  • Comprehensive health insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
  • Facilitate sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
  • Promote memberships and facilitate customer needs to utilize company's services by adequately assessing customer qualification, and thoroughly explaining services benefits
  • Record membership information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
  • Onboard new members and conduct membership reviews
  • Undertake other responsibilities related to discovery and due diligence

Qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience in retail, wholesale, building materials, or a related industry
  • Experience with high-volume of calls and client communication
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong affinity for building client relationships
  • Proven success in acquiring new client accounts
