We are looking for a driven sales maverick around Indianapolis IN that knows how to wow their luxury clients with a good story and a sophisticated eye for style to drive innovative solutions.

This is a full-time role with uncapped compensation and the opportunity to build a SIX FIGURE income.

• $50k base salary PLUS commission with TRUE first year earnings of $85k - $110K

• Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility to close sales

If you're passionate about selling and have a proven track record with the "know-how" to drive sales in the creative home furnishings industry, we want to hear from you!

• Report to the showroom, where you’ll partner with other Interior Designers to find opportunities for upselling and track sold projects
• Conduct in-home appointments, demonstrating focused expertise on various product lines including cabinetry, furniture, window treatments, etc. to understand the clients needs and negotiate the deal
• Estimate the scope of work to enhance the look of the space
• Build relationships with GC's, builders, clients, and other stakeholders, taking part in lead generation and business development of referral partners

• 2-3 years experience designing and selling custom cabinetry, window coverings and/or furniture
• Proven track record with sales and lead generation
• Born to work at a fast pace and not deterred by 6-month project deadlines
• Ability to not take "no" for an answer and recommend a luxury sale of $36k
• Ability to read floor plans and elevations
