What You Will Do
You will learn and perform all different types of chimney and masonry repair services and most importantly, the art of selling. Various daily tasks will include inspecting, sweeping, generating reports and estimates, pitching to customers, closing deals, making follow-up calls, and delivering timely customer communication. As a teammate you’ll be operating in a fast-paced, high-up and often dirty environment. Everyday will look a little different, but it never gets old and is always exciting! One or more years of sales experience is preferred, in home sales is a plus! This is not a position is not for someone who wants to simply coast from paycheck to paycheck, but ideally one is motivated by earning potential. This is not a cold calling job and there will be some physical labor involved including climbing ladders and getting on roofs.
