Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Administrative Supervisor in the Opioid Treatment Program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the program program with the following:

  • Manages the enrollment process for the OTP program and the Center for Wellbeing South program including oversight of accurate enrollment in Carelogic, Methasoft, Central Registry and DPH.
  • Oversees scheduling and follow up processes are maintained for both programs.
  • Interacts with billing staff and OTP staff to resolve failed claims.
  • Oversees and provides support and supervision to administrative support
  • Fills in during staff absences therefore must have knowledge of all office procedures to cover these absences.
  • Responsible for oversight, quality control, and performance evaluations of reception
  • Maintains organized central file of the most recent policy and procedure
  • Fulfills medical records
  • Maintains central file of completed and upcoming required staff trainings and licensure requirements.
  • Orders/oversees the ordering of office supplies for the
  • Manages communication and service with office supply, cleaning, maintenance, and office equipment contractors and providers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that legal notices, licenses, patient rights and other required notifications and certifications for safety are current and posted in waiting and staff areas.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety audits and all reporting requirements to Safety Director.

BHN/OTP is a Medication Assisted Treatment Program to assist individuals who are addicted to opiates and are experiencing their dysfunctional effects to gain and maintain the skills needed to achieve an opiate-free lifestyle. The OTP program uses evidence-based medication protocols approved by the Medical Director to ensure patients safely detox from these substances. These protocols are implemented through assessment and re-assessment practices throughout the process.

What are we looking for in a position?

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of one year’s supervisory experience is required
  • Minimum 3 years related office experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • Two years sobriety preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

**NOTICE**
