POSITION SUMMARY

BEER NUTS INC., is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will work with the sales team to help manage the operational side of orders and provide our clients with constant communication. This involves handling any specific customer service issues and requests. In addition to acting as an important liaison between our broker team and sales. This position will be responsible for acting as coordinator through B2B sales, broker sales, and customer relationship management. In addition to the sales coordinator will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve routine sales-related inquiries and problems. The individual in this role must possess the ability to work independently as a member of the sales support group to facilitate the day-to-day administrative activities for the sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepares analysis work for sales staff in preparation for visits to brokers or customers.
  • Creating sales presentations, and maintaining presentation materials
  • Directs the product samples program.
  • Answer client questions about contract terms, prices, and availability.
  • Maintains and distributes all requested sales and advertising support materials, including price lists, spec sheets, and sales resources, to brokers nationwide.
  • Oversees requested certificate of insurance and statement liability forms.
  • Provides metrics for performance of brokers/retailers in national programs.
  • Manages broker communications and oversees the Broker Portal.
  • Performs sales analyses and updates.
  • Coordinates & attends two major trade shows annually.
  • Communicates daily with sales team.
  • Collaborate with 25 sales brokerage offices nationwide to ensure sales material is kept up to date.
  • Maintains web-based product database.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred not required.
  • 3 plus years of Sales experience preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of manufacturing and food production a plus
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, master multi-tasker, and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting potential sales related complications.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Status: Full-time/Salaried

Salary: $42,000 to $52,000 Based on Experience
