• Team Member must work a minimum of 32 hours tracked by our KRONOS Time keeping system (Starts on the Pay Period after the Tuition Application Form is signed to the Pay Period that ends after the last day of class.)
• Worked at BeeHive for 180 days without interruptions before enrolling in a course
• Courses must be approved no later than the first day of class by Team Leader, HR, and Owner and classes must be directly or reasonably related to the Team Member's present job and/or be apart of a degree program
• BeeHive will provide full reimbursement for tuition including required course fees for all passing grades (A, B, C for undergraduates and at least a B for graduate classes. For a Pass/Fail course, a Pass is acceptable)

Tuition Reimbursement will no longer be provided if:

• Team Member has received a written warning within 3 months prior to seeking approval: or
• Team Member has received a written warning at any time after approval has been granted and before the course is completed.

Job Summary

The Personal Care Attendant is responsible for providing daily care to residents. The Personal Care Attendant functions as the primary liaison between residents and facility staff. In addition to resident care, this individual is responsible for other clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. This person must convey a positive image of the facility and must have a genuine caring for and interest in working with elderly people. The Personal Care Attendant must, within the individual’s area of focus, assure compliance with BeeHive Homes’ quality standards and State and Federal regulations. This individual must be highly organized and possess outstanding interpersonal skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The Personal Care Attendant works closely with the House Manager to insure operational performance, quality of service, and competitiveness with other area facilities. The Personal Care Attendant must be a firm decision-maker, taking into consideration the impact of his/her decision on the overall organization.
