- Master’s Degree
- LISW or LPCC
- Provide supervision to program staff in foster care.
- Review, approve, and monitor timeliness of all significant documents (quarterlies, discharges, safety audits, rules violations, etc.).
- Encourage, support, and motivate staff in reaching and maintaining program expectations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with dashboards (eligibility requirements, med/dents, photos, productivity, etc.).
- Provide support to foster parents to maintain placements
- Attend internal and external meetings as assigned (quarterlies, disruption, staffing, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with various accrediting bodies.
- Actively participate in the matching of youth with foster parents.
- Provide risk management support to staff and families,
- Mission driven by a deep-seated desire to help families and children.
- Quickly learns from experience and adapts based upon lessons learned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid OH driver’s license with no more than 5 points and 24/7 availability.
