The role of the Construction Superintendent is to provide onsite coordination for all phases of the commercial construction projects. This includes coordinating subcontaractors, material and equipment, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, including directing, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and field personnel. The Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, inspections, jobsite safety and quality control.
