**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess strong administrative skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars

- Perform marketing duties

- Update and maintain electronic medical records

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient care

**Experience:**

- Previous experience with phone systems in a medical setting

- Familiarity with hormones, weight loss and facial treatments

- Knowledge of medical records management and administrative tasks

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
