Beatrice Insurance Agency in Union, Ky is looking to add a motivated individual to our team!!

Customer Service Representative needed 25 hrs. per/week (schedule negotiable) for an in office PT position with option to move to work from home and FT upon completed 90-day probationary period and review.

$15-$18/hour plus benefits which will be available once probationary period is satisfied upon moving to FT. (negotiable, based upon experience)

Duties include:

• Data entry including transcribing data from large quoting packets to simplified excel versions for clients.
• Filing (both hard copy and online filing system).
• Must be proficient in word, excel, and outlook.
• Must have good time management skills as well as a strong attention to detail.
• Be able to meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and client satisfaction.
• Client facing position, must have good interpersonal skills; be able to respond and resolve customer issues via phone and email (sometimes in-person meetings) in a timely and professional manner.
• Be willing to train across multiple carrier sites and platforms.
• Collaborate with carrier reps to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to identify and escalate complex issue to Office Manager.
• Participate in ongoing training for carrier updates.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
