Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of the supply chain process, including managing the Asana board for the Supply Chain Team, maintaining sales forecasts, acting as the primary contact for ERP projects, managing SOPs, and creating and maintaining various reports and KPIs. Additionally, you will assist with escalation projects and support the Operations Director Team with data visualization and reporting projects as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding the performance of team members within the assigned department. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages the Supply Chain Team Asana Board ensuring all tasks are recorded, any proposed projects are added and tasks are assigned to the correct team members.
• Maintains a rolling 12-month forecast of sales orders by region taking into consideration new product launches, promotions and other sales trends utilizing ERP and TMS data. 
• Primary contact for Supply Chain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP projects and team support. 
• Manager of all Supply Chain SOPs relating to maintenance and workflows of the ERP.
• Manages and maintains Supply Chain Power BI and ERP reports.
• Creates and maintains KPI reports for Supply Chain including but not limited to; production yield by co-packer, inventory days on hand for finished goods and raw materials, cost of goods sold, waste rates by co-packer, energy usage and sustainability data. 
• Manages the Operations EOM report which includes shipment data, on hand inventory, cost of goods sold and cost of transportation – to be completed monthly. 
• Assists with escalation projects such as vendor pricing reconciliation, raw material damages, claims and other high level Supply Chain issues. 
• Additional duties relating to data visualization or reporting projects as directed by the Operations Director Team. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Proven experience managing supply chain processes and teams, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, for supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs for supply chain workflows.
• Capability to handle high-level supply chain issues and escalations effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles, with a focus on forecasting, reporting, data analytics, and ERP systems
• Previous experience in project management and team leadership roles.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
