We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join the team at Beard Papa’s Bake Shop in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Baker, you’ll be responsible for creating delicious treats that will delight our customers. You’ll use your skills to make our custom cream puffs, while adhering to the highest standards for quality and presentation. Our ideal candidate is a team-player, has great organizational skills and a passion for baking. • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate and monitor baking equipment to ensure proper baking times.
• Decorate and garnish pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
• Package baked goods for sale and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.

• Valid US work authorization
• At least 1 year of food service experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing customer demands
• Proficiency in using commercial baking equipment

We offer fresh and natural cream puffs that are made to order. Customers simply pick a puff shell and choose which flavor custard they would like it filled with.
