We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join the team at Beard Papa’s Bake Shop in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Baker, you’ll be responsible for creating delicious treats that will delight our customers. You’ll use your skills to make our custom cream puffs, while adhering to the highest standards for quality and presentation. Our ideal candidate is a team-player, has great organizational skills and a passion for baking. Beard Papas Bake Shop is a franchise from Osaka, Japan with over 400 locations worldwide. This location in Scottsdale is the only custom cream puff store in Arizona. We offer fresh and natural cream puffs that are made to order. Customers simply pick a puff shell and choose which flavor custard they would like it filled with. Our mission is to deliver an amazing cream puff and to create smiles! The concept is simple, and our products are fresh daily.
Our store is kept very clean and tidy, and expect all team member to uphold our standards.
