BEAR STEAM CLEANING INC is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Arvada, CO

Description: Rapidly expanding commercial services company is looking for a strong sales and marketing professional to support the growth of Bear Steam Cleaning and Bear Restoration Services. This role will report to the company owners and work daily with the company’s production manager.

Requirements and skills

  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products
  • High School degree; additional qualifications as a marketing or sales professional preferred.
  • Drive and hustle. Ideal candidate is a hustler at heart, multitalented, and thrives in a high-pressure environment. They have the get-it-done attitude.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development - Identify prospective customers, introduce Bear’s suite of products and add new commercial partners to the platform.
  • Account Management - Build relationships with existing customers and identify areas where Bear can support their respective business.
  • Marketing Content Creation - Work with network partners to develop superior content to market steam cleaning and restoration business. Manage business social media accounts
  • Product Expert - Answer questions about each of Bear’s services and be an expert in the industry.
  • CRM Management - Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationship building. Appropriately document leads & updates in company CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
