Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to join our team. The Safety Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.

Duties:

- Check JSA on job sites

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites

-Check that all employees have and are wearing ppe

-Check that one call is on job site

-Inspect vehicles, trucks, and equipment for safe operation

-Check for proper paper work registration and insurance, in all company vehicles

-Perform DOT Truck inspections

- Check DOT Trucks for proper paper work, including proper permits

-Perform onsite job audits

-Prepare proper safety paper work on all job sites.

-Assist Safety / Dot Manager were needed.

- Experience in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) a plus, but not required

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 84 per week
