Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns or inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
