Beam Team Construction, Inc is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Alpharetta, GA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To provide administrative support and back-up to the Quality Equipment Management executive and/or operations management team.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position that qualifies for company benefits once eligible.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Experience

The person in this position should possess 1-3 years’ experience in project management or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

This person should demonstrate good levels of written and oral communication skills. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. They should have demonstratable customer communication skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist with project scheduling and/or account reconciliation.

· Communicate directly with customers and hauler partners on deliveries and pickups.

· Partner with Accounting Department to process vendor and customer invoicing.

· Manage projects and invoicing within the SalesForce CRM.

· Escalate issues and concerns to greater team to prevent/reduce potential delays.

· Assist with expense reports as needed.

· Minimize exposure and risk across multiple orders.

· Additional tasks may be assigned by the direct supervisor.

Relationships with Others

· Work as a team player in a corporate environment.

· Demonstrate ability to interact professionally and tactfully with customers, vendors, and QEM team members.

· Communicate in a positive manner with others in a manner which maximizes overall business effectiveness.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

· Works in an office environment and utilizes typical office tools.

· Works at a desk location for extended periods of time to perform normal daily tasks.

· Lifts up to 10 pounds from the floor to waist level and is able to carry such objects for at least 30 feet.

· Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Judgment and Decision Making

· Demonstrates good judgment regarding escalating issues, which are beyond the scope and control of this position in a timely manner.

· Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and company information.

· Seeks guidance and direction from appropriate members within the organization or from other outside sources as may be required in the performance of responsibilities and duties.

Planning & Time Utilization

· Consistently demonstrates the ability to recognize and deal with priorities which assures maximization of customer satisfaction.

· Uses available time during any workday in a wise and productive manner to maximize work efficiency.

· May spend additional time beyond normal working hours as may be required to meet project demands.
