Job Title : Bilingual HR Specialist

Fully Onsite, Monday-Friday

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficient in Spanish (speaking / writing)
• Payroll Experience
• 2 years in HR

DUTIES :

• Maintain HR forms, ID badge system, and parking passes.
• Process new hire and termination files, handle payroll updates, and manage time off.
• Train employees on timeclock systems and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Prepare insurance packets, reconcile invoices, and maintain employee records.
• Address vending issues, assist with orientations, and manage office supplies.
• Log applications, provide translations, and update Bulletin Boards.
• Support projects, events, and verifications while ensuring confidentiality.
• Scan files, assist employees, and fulfill any other assigned duties.
