Cottonwood Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Olathe, Kansas. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Cottonwood Springs we are dedicated to Changing Peoples Lives .

Performs a wide range and administrative and clerical support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the hospital. Ability to effectively handle a wide variety of processes and tasks as delegated by the facility CEO and Human Resources Business Partner. Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Performs a wide range and administrative and clerical support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the hospital.
• Responsible for provider credentialing tasks.
• Effectively handle a wide variety of processes and tasks as delegated by the facility CEO.
• Multi-tasking and time management, maintain confidentiality and professionalism with co-workers, physicians, and patients.
• Half of the duties will be in support of HR functions including, but not limited to, filing, building employee files, and data entry.

• Bachelors degree required.
• Previous administrative assistant experience required.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous administrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.
