Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers upon their arrival
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Take messages and relay them to the relevant parties in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly
• Assist with electronic filing using software for the service / repair team
• Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
• Support the team by performing various administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in an office environment preferred
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to assist with tasks outside of primary responsibilities

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, regular business hours
• June 17th to August 2nd
