Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and personable Receptionist to for a prestigious boutique asset manager located in Midtown East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
This is a temporary position that will start in June 2024.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Coordinate office events and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in office management software such as Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
