About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President/Vice President of Real Estate Operations to lead and manage various functions including asset management, finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and policies, driving the operations of the company. This role requires outstanding leadership skills, the ability to manage a high-performance team, strategic acumen, and exceptional financial and writing capabilities. The individual will oversee the operational, financial, acquisitions, dispositions, property development, and investor relations aspects of the portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, strategic growth, and effective communication with investors.Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred, and at least 20 years of experience in asset management, finance, acquisitions, and investor relations within the real estate industry, focusing on multifamily properties. A proven track record of leadership, commitment to integrity, and advanced proficiency in financial tools such as Excel are essential. The role involves conducting financial analysis, driving investor relations initiatives, and developing new investment sources. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and will be expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of economic drivers, industry trends, and best practices in the real estate sector.
