Become our client's Property Administrator, the friendly face for visitors and tenants, managing calls and maintaining smooth office operations.

About the Job :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, and tenants, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming calls, troubleshoot issues, and relay messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
  • Collaborate with office team to ensure continuous coverage during breaks, lunches, and absences.
  • Manage electronic work ticket system, including ticket entry, closure, and report generation.
  • Generate contracts for complex services and accurately process invoices using online payment software.
  • Maintain organized files, typing tasks, tenant guides, office supplies, and tracking sheets, while assisting management with research and report preparation.
  • Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.

About You :

  • 2 years' office experience, preferably in property management or customer service.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with advanced skills.
  • Capacity to quickly grasp accounting and other software systems.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities for accurate data interpretation and evaluation.

About the Position :

  • $22 / hr-$23 / hr while temporary
  • $50K-$52K when permanent
