Beacon Hill's client is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and system interfaces.
This is a contract role from May-August. This position is fully onsite, M-F from 8am-4 : 30pm.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle 15-20 inbound customer calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Utilize multiple platforms for order entry
Review reports and update orders as necessary.
Work closely with the Order Management team to address daily inquiries and resolve order entry errors.
Navigate through multiple screens and platforms efficiently.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) while processing orders and addressing customer inquiries.
Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives in a lively and engaging team environment.
