Our client, an assent management firm located in Boston, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $30/hr. depending on experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and execute external and internal meeting logistics, including:
- Calendar management
- Conference room logistics
- Meeting technology
- Meeting hospitality (including catering ordering, set-up, and clean-up)
- Provide reporting to key internal stakeholders on meetings and travel
- Assist with conference registration, including sponsorship, logos, and swag (as needed)
- Track materials sent externally via distribution lists - collect non-deliverables and make appropriate updates
- Process travel expense reports
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, as needed:
- Preparing meeting agendas
- Creating PowerPoint slides
- Coordinating external events
- Running standard reports
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably for a Financial Services company
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated follow through
- Demonstrated client service mentality
- Problem solving skills, ability to identify inefficiencies and offer solutions
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency with a CRM system
- Proficiency with Microso5 Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
